Questions
Is DM Pal a ManyChat alternative?
For Instagram, yes. DM Pal covers comment-to-DM, public comment replies, story replies, DM keywords, product carousels, welcome buttons, a DM menu and email collection. It doesn't do WhatsApp, Messenger or SMS.
Why is DM Pal cheaper than ManyChat?
DM Pal focuses on Instagram only and doesn't charge by contact, so there's one plan at $5 a month instead of prices that climb as your audience grows.
Can I move my automations from ManyChat?
There's no importer, but most Instagram automations take a couple of minutes to rebuild in DM Pal: pick the post, the keyword and the message.
